Programme:
On arrival guests are presented with some delicious reception cocktails and put into teams ready to compete.
The teambuilding activities are split into rounds, with groups playing for cocktail related prizes. Games teach guests bartending skills including free-pouring, cocktail making methods, how to use tools of the bar trade, and knowledge of ingredients.
The programme culminates in the mystery bag round where teams create their own cocktail recipes based on the skills they've learnt.
During the event guests are served up to 4 cocktails per person (3 professionally made and served in rounds, and another made during the activities).
